Shipping Policy

Australia: Free shipping with orders over $80. For orders under $80 there is a flat rate standard shipping fee of $5.95.

Australia Post Express Post is $12.99

Australia Post Standard Shipping takes 1-6 Business Days.

Australia Post Express Shipping takes 1-3 Business Days.

International: Shipping takes 10-15 Business Days and shipping cost are shown at Checkout.

All products are dispatched from our Brisbane Warehouse.

We also offer Free Returns for Exchange or Refund with orders over $60 (excluding international orders). See our Returns Policy for full details. 

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business day. 

If you’re ordering multiple items, it’s possible they will arrive in separate packages and at different times. We will email you the order tracking numbers, and we’ll keep you updated on the delivery status of your order.

All returns, refunds and exchanges are handled by our Australian customer service and logistic centre, giving you the peace of mind and speed of processing. 

Depending on the destination of the package, customs, pandemic, holidays and weather events, shipping times can vary. Guts Fishing Apparel is not responsible for any adverse delays in shipping due to these events.

Guts Fishing Apparel reserves the right not to be liable for any lost or stolen parcels. Please make sure your address is safe to deliver parcels to. This situation is rare, and if it does occur we will do everything possible to resolve the matter for you.
